Frequently asked questions
Will I Be Shipped a Product?
Some of my products are digital downloads and some of them are physical prints which will be shipped to you. If the picture says "Poster" or "Print" then it is an item which will be printed and shipped to you. Otherwise, it is a digital download, and you will download the art to print at home.
Where are my files?
If you have an Etsy account: Visit Etsy, click on "You" in the top right hand corner. Click on "Purchases and Downloads". Next to your order, you will see a Download Files button. Follow that to download the individual files.
I use a Mac/Windows/Linux/iPhone/Android. Is that a problem?
Nope! Occasionally there will be an anomaly with ZIP files opening in Apple products, both the Mac and the iPhone. If this happens, contact me directly and I will make sure it gets fixed!
Custom and personalized orders
Customized downloads will come in both a PNG and PDF. Once I complete a custom order, it is *truly* the customer's. They can edit the files as they wish.
What software do I need?
You will need software to open ZIP files (such as iZip, Windows Explorer, FX File Explorer, or tarball capabilities) as well as Adobe Reader. All Non-Custom orders are PDF files.
What usage license does a purchase entitle me?
All non-custom work is only to be used for personal decor purposes.
Custom work completely belongs to the customer, and may be used as they wish, provided they do not resell or recreate the artwork.
Why are some downloads a text file?
Some of my artwork is too large to host on Etsy. The text file contains a link to where you can download the full sized, high definition artwork.
